Dead Axles: These axles do not rotate but serve as support, PTO Drive Shaft mainly used in non-driven wheels or in vehicles like trailers.


In addition to supporting the weight of the vehicle, axles must also withstand the forces generated when accelerating, braking, and cornering. Therefore, they are designed to be strong and durable, often made of high-strength steel or alloys.


CV Joints


Constant velocity (CV) joints are critical for ensuring that power is transferred smoothly from the transmission to the wheels, particularly in vehicles with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive systems. These joints are designed to allow the driveshaft to maintain power transmission at various angles, which occurs as the wheels turn and the suspension moves.

Transfer Case (for 4WD and AWD Systems)

It is responsible for directing power to both the front and rear axles, ensuring that all wheels receive power when needed, which is essential for off-road driving and maintaining traction on slippery surfaces.
